And up to 3 miscellaneous items that can't fit in boxes (i.e ironing board, mirror, small tv, mini fridge, etc.)
Bulky items incur an extra fee. (i.e mattresses, futon, large TVs, etc.)
We conveniently made it possible to have your items delivered with three possibilities:
- Deliver to our warehouse for storage and transported back when school starts. [*Recommended - Storage Fee: $10/Month]
- Deliver to FedEx/UPS [Additional $50]
- Deliver to your Home Address within 50 miles - for an additional $250.
- Deliver back to Campus from Storage when school resumes - for an additional $200.
(If Home Address is more than 50 miles, additional fees will be added.)

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way you have handled my broken TV. I originally filed a claim over 8 weeks ago, and it has taken you until now to finally pay me for the damage. To add insult to injury, the amount you paid me is not even close to the original price of the TV.
I understand that accidents happen, but I am very disappointed with the way you have handled this situation. You have been slow to respond to my inquiries, and you have not been transparent about the claims process. I feel like I have had to fight every step of the way to get my compensation.
In addition, the amount you paid me is not even enough to replace my TV with a comparable model. I am a single parent, and I cannot afford to spend hundreds of dollars more on a new TV. I am very disappointed that you have not taken responsibility for the full cost of the damage.
I would not recommend your moving company to anyone. You have been unprofessional and unhelpful throughout this entire process. I hope that you will learn from your mistakes and improve your customer service in the future.
